March 9 - Going Green - An Ode to Irish Brunch on St. Patrick's day

This class goes beyond the regularly served Corned Beef and Cabbage to showcase other great foods eaten on the Emerald Isle.

We will make - Boxty (Irish Potato Pancakes) with Poached Eggs, Lamb and Barley Stew and Chocolate Stout Cake with Chocolate Whiskey Glaze.

This class will be held at Henning’s Local, located at 6 Old County Road, Cochecton, NY 12726.
