Join us for a bubbly good time as we explore the works homemade fermented beverages.

In this class you we will make a variety of probiotic, vitamin and mineral rich beverages will invigorate your creativity and give you and your family the satisfaction of enjoying beautifully crafted libations that are unique, delicious, and filled with healthful harvest yields.

You will make Blueberry-Ginger Shrub, Peach-Basil Shrub, Switchel (aka Haymaker’s Punch), Lacto-fermented Beet Kvass, Apple Shrub and a Ginger bug to make homemade Ginger Beer.
