September 22 - Fundamentals of Cheesemaking with Wine!

Led by cheese maker and educator Cheryl Perry, Fundamentals of Cheese making is a 2 hour and 30 minute class for aspiring cheese makers and is offered at Henning’s Local in Cochecton Center in Sullivan County in the western Catskills.

Students will leave with the practical and scientific knowledge needed to create exquisite artisan cheese at home.

We will use local goat and cow’s milk to make Mozzarella, Ricotta, Paneer and Chevre. There will be generous tastings and a glass of wine served.

This class will be held at Henning’s Local, located at 6 Old County Road, Cochecton, NY 12726.
