September 7 - Fundamentals of Cheesemaking with Wine!


Saturday - September 7, 2019 11am - 2pm

Led by cheesemaker and educator Cheryl Perry, Fundamentals of Cheesemaking is a 3 hour class for aspiring cheesemakers.

Students will leave with the practical and scientific knowledge needed to create exquisite artisan cheese at home.

We will use local goat and cow’s milk to make Mozzarella, Ricotta, Paneer and Chevre. There will be generous tastings and a glass of wine served.

This class will be held at Henning’s Local, located at 6 Old County Road, Cochecton, NY 12726.
