Homemade pasta is sublime; tender, so flavorful and SO easy to make once you know how.

In this class you will make fresh handmade pasta, as well as two simple sauces made from locally foraged ingredients. You will work in a small group to create a Saffron Fettuccine and hand-cut Spinach Pappardelle. The pastas will be served with a Garlic-Mustard Pesto and Sauteed Nettles with Wild Garlic, Homemade Ricotta and Poached Egg. A glass of wine is served with the meal.
