For this workshop we’re collaborating with The Farm Arts Collective.

I’ll be joined by expert fermenters Jen McGlashan and Jim Lahey for a demonstration and hands-on presentation of age-old techniques for preserving the harvest. Registered participants will be provided with a list of choice vegetables, and other items to bring with them to this workshop.
