To celebrate the 1 year anniversary of our pie book being published, we are offering a pie making class at Henning’s Local. Copies of our book will be available for purchase in the class.

Understanding the science of what makes a pie crust flaky and tender can be the difference between an amazing pie and a disaster. In this class we will learn how to make the perfect crust with equally as stunning apple pie filling and demystify the science of pie.

Each student will make and take home an incredible flaky & tender 9-inch Double-Crusted Apple Pie.

This class will be held at Henning’s Local, located at 6 Old County Road, Cochecton, NY 12726.
