Gather around the communal dinner table for a unique source-to-supper experience you’ll never forget. This family-style feast will feature farm-fresh local produce specially grown for us by SUNY Sullivan’s Hope Farm and locally foraged wild ingredients, including ramps, sumac, cow parsnip and sweetfern..

Savor the unique flavors of the Sullivan Catskills in a menu created by Chef Cheryl Perry of Red Barn Studio and forager Laura Silverman of The Outside Institute.
