Turn up your sleeves and get ready to roll. We’ve partnered with Laura Silverman of The Outside Institute to bring you a 3 Course, Wild Foods Pizza Making Class.

You’ll learn to make a salad and dressing that feature wild foraged ingredients.

You’ll make your own dough from scratch and knead and roll like a pro. We’ll top the dough with ricotta that we make in the class and your choice of wild toppings - nettles, milkweed buds, lovage-black walnut pesto… and wild mushrooms. We’ll also have local ham and homemade marinara.

We’ll share wine from local vineyards and a dessert of Fresh Berries macerated with Rose Petal Syrup and Whipped Cream.

This is a perfect class for date night, family night, girls night out, or just an excuse to drink wine, eat fabulous food and have a fun and memorable evening.

This class will be held at Henning’s Local, located at 6 Old County Road, Cochecton, NY 12726.
